Service description
ProjectCOZY provides time-limited access to supported AI models through a managed, OpenAI-compatible API gateway. A CozyPass grants access for a fixed duration rather than a fixed quantity of tokens.
We route requests to upstream model providers. Which models are available, and under which aliases, may change as providers release, deprecate, or withdraw them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the platform, evade billing, resell or share access outside the terms of your pass, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Automated traffic is expected and welcome: this is an API for agents and coding tools. What is not acceptable is traffic designed to degrade the service for others, or to extract capacity beyond what your pass is intended to cover.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why when we do.
Passes and payment
Payment buys a pass of a stated duration. Access begins once payment is confirmed and ends when the pass expires. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never alters the price of a pass you have already bought.
Because access is digital and available immediately, payments are final. If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a pass you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
API keys and account security
Your API key identifies your account and is yours to protect. We store only a hash of it, so we cannot recover a lost key, but you can revoke and regenerate one at any time from the dashboard.
You are responsible for usage made with your key. If you believe it has been exposed, revoke it immediately; a regenerated key works with the remainder of your existing pass.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the gateway available and performant, but the service is provided as is. Upstream provider outages, maintenance, and capacity limits can affect availability, and we do not control them.
We may update features, pricing, and service behaviour over time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We will give notice of changes that materially affect access or billing.

By accessing or using ProjectCOZY you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
